摘 要:文章针对目前我国高等教育发展现状,在总结南阳师范学院多年学分制教学管理实践的基础上,提出通过加大课程建设,构建多层次课程体系;规范专业课建设,加大公共课建设;积极开发素质课程,优化教育资源配置;改革教学管理模式,扩充学生就业渠道等措施,以便保证教育教学质量的持续提高。The article,in view of the present situation of higher education development in China,presents an analysis of the experience in academic credit system-oriented teaching management practices in Nanyang Normal University.It is argued that,in order for local normal universities and teachers' colleges to strive for constant improvement in educational and teaching quality,further efforts should be made to construct a multi-level course system by strengthening course construction,to standardize the construction of professional courses while enhancing the construction of public courses,to actively develop quality-oriented curriculum and optimize the allocation of educational resources,as well as to reform the teaching management mode and expand students' employment channels.
