摘 要:通过对连铸坯凝固过程分析,建立铸坯凝固传热模型,并根据连铸工艺条件,确定目标温度,基于目标温度开发动态二冷配水控制模型。在不同的钢种、拉速等工艺条件下建立水量与温度场的关系,通过凝固模型和二冷配水控制模型保证铸坯表面目标温度与模拟温度相同,适时调整二冷水量,保证铸坯温度场稳定。Based on the analysis of solidification heat transfer process, the solidification heat transfer model was eval-uated for continuous casting products. Target surface temperature was determined by means of process conditions. The control model of secondary cooling water distribution was developed based on target surface temperature. Rela- tionship of water and temperature field was obtained under different process conditions, such as steel, casting speed and so on. The slab surface target temperature and simulated temperature are ensured to be same through solidifica- tion model and the secondary cooling water control model; and the stability of the slab temperature field was also ensured by timely adjusting the amount of secondary cooling water.
