摘　　要：介绍了莱钢近终型异形坯连铸机钢水工艺流程、钢包浇注、中间包浇注、无氧化全保护浇注、结晶器参数设计、保护渣设计、二次冷却等生产实践。通过生产工艺优化和技术改进,使异形坯连铸机浇注技术不断成熟,生产组织稳定顺行,铸坯质量得到进一步提高。The production practice of near-net-shape profiled blank caster in Laigang was introduced, such as techno-logical process, ladle pouring, tundish pouring, no oxidation protective casting, mold design, design of protective slag, the second cooling and so on. Through the optimization of production process and technical improvement, the profiled blank caster casting technology continues to he mature, the production is stable and the slab quality has been further improved.
