咖啡改善高渗葡萄糖溶液对坐骨神经动作电位的抑制作用

摘  要:①目的探讨咖啡对高渗葡萄糖溶液抑制神经干动作电位的改善作用。②方法 5%、10%、20%葡萄糖(GS)及0.01%、0.1%咖啡溶液分别浸润坐骨神经,然后用0.01%咖啡分别浸润3组GS作用过的神经干,用BL-420E+生物机能实验系统测定动作电位传导速度及幅度的变化情况。③结果 3组葡萄糖组及0.1%咖啡组动作电位传导速度减慢,0.01%咖啡组传导速度变化不明显。10%、20%GS组动作电位振幅降低,0.1%咖啡组振幅先升后降,而5%GS及0.01%咖啡组动作电位振幅增大。0.01%咖啡干预后,各GS组动作电位传导速度增快,振幅增大。④结论高渗葡萄糖溶液可降低神经的兴奋性,减慢传导速度,0.01%咖啡可增强神经兴奋性并能改善高渗葡萄糖溶液对动作电位的抑制作用。Objective To explore the improvement of coffee on the inhibition on the sciatic nerve action potentials caused by the hypertonic glucose solution. Methods The sciatic nerves were infiltrated by 5%, 10% ,20% glucose solution and 0.01%, 0.1% coffee solution respectively, then the sciatic nerves which had been treated by the glucose solution were immersed in 0.01% coffee solution. After that, BL - 420E + biological experimental system was employed to determine the changes of conduction veloc- ity and the amplitude of action potentials. Results The conduction velocity of action potentials reduced in the groups of glucose (concentration at 5% ,10% and 20% ) and 0.1% coffee group, and did not change significantly in 0.01% coffee group. The am- plitude of action potentials decreased in the 10% and 20% glucose groups, and increased first and decreased later in the 0. 1% coffee group, however, increased in the groups of 5% glucose and 0.01% coffee. Through the intervention of 0.01% coffee, the conduction velocity of the action potential was accelerated and the amplitude increased in each glucose group. Conclusion The hy- pertonic glucose solution can reduce nerve excitability and conduction velocity of action potentials. 0.01% coffee solution can in- crease nerve excitability and improve the inhibition caused by the hypertonic glucose solution.
