摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环在儿童龋病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将96例5-6岁龋病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)和观察组(49例),对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,观察组采用PDCA循环法,两组家长参与教育过程。采用问卷调查检验两组患者的健康教育效果和患者家长对健康教育的满意度。结果观察组患者相关知识掌握和行为改变程度明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组患者家长对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论PDCA循环健康教育在1:3腔临床应用中可行、有效,有利于患者对龋病知识的掌握和建立有效的口腔保健行为。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in the health education of children with dental car- ies. Methods According to the random number table approach, 96 children with dental caries aged between 5 and 6 years were divided into the control group (n = 47) and the observation group (n = 49). The conventional health education approach was adopted to the control group, while the PDCA cycle approach was adopted to the observation group. The parents of the two groups participated in the educational process. Questionnaires were adopted for verifying the health education efficacies on the pa- tients in the two groups and the parents' satisfaction rates on the health education. Results The grasp of relevant knowledge and the degree of behavior change in the patients of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group (P〈0.05). The health education satisfaction rate of the parents of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The PDCA cycle health education is feasible and effective in stomatological clini- cal application, and it is conducive to the patients' knowledge grasp of dental caries and the establishment of effective oral health care behaviors.
