摘　　要：用Moldflow软件分析注射在金属轴上的nylon12塑料花键的体积收缩率,并借用Minitab软件进行试验设计和分析,通过信噪比和极差分析,得到最优的工艺参数,将试验所得的参数用于企业的实际生产,生产的塑料花键的注射过程能力高于行业标准值,说明工艺参数优化是有效的。The volume shrinkage of nylon12 plastic spline being injected onto metal axis was analyzed by the Moldflow software, and the analysis of SNR and range were made to obtain the optimal process parameters by the Minitab software. By applying the optimal pa- rameters to practical production, it was indicated that the injection capability for the splines was superior to the industrial standard.
