摘　　要：目的探讨Ezrin蛋白在不同前列腺病变组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法分别检测Ezrin蛋白在30例前列腺增生、30例前列腺上皮内瘤变及70例前列腺癌组织中的表达。结果 Ezrin蛋白在前列腺增生、前列腺上皮内瘤变及前列腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为6.7%、50.0%和64.3%,在前列腺癌、前列腺上皮内瘤变组织中阳性表达率均高于前列腺增生组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),前列腺癌组织与前列腺上皮内瘤变组织之间阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ezrin蛋白表达与前列腺癌Gleason分级、临床分期、骨转移及肺转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论 Ezrin蛋白在前列腺癌发生演变过程中起着重要作用,其高表达在一定程度上能够反映病变的性质及预后。Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin protein in adenocarcinoma of prostate and the relation with clinical pathological features. Methods The expression of Ezrin protein was respectively detected on 30 patients with prostatic hyperplasia, 30 patients with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm and 70 patients with adenocarcinoma of prostate by immunohistochemisty （EnVision） method. Results Positive expression rate of Ezrin protein in patients with prostatic hyperplasia, patients with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm and patients with adenocarcinoma of prostate were 6.7% , 50.0% and 64.3% respectively. Positive expression rate of Ezrin protein in patients with adenocarcinoma of prostate or prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm was statistically higher than that of in patients with prostatic hyperplasia （P 〈 0.01 ） ; There was no statistical difference between patients with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm and patients with adenocarcinoma of prostate （P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Ezrin protein was related to Gleason grade, clinical stage, bony metastasis and pulmonary metastasis of prostate cancer （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not related to patients＇ age （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ezrin protein plays an important role in the progress of carcinomatous change and the over-expression of which can reflect the property of pathological changes and prognostic status.
