新时期卫生士官教育改革初探

摘　　要：通过分析我军卫生士官人才队伍现状、教育训练情况及存在的不足,结合我校办学实践经验,在充分认识卫生士官教育重要意义和目标要求的基础上,从初级资格培训、中高级升级培训、高等职业技术教育、继续教育、专题教育等多方面着手全面完善卫生士官教育培训体系,并在培训资源、培训内容、师资建设、教学方法、技能鉴定等方面改革创新以提高教育质量,为我军新时期卫生士官教育改革提供参考。The study analyzed the actuality of medical NCO and the educational and training condition and insufficiency. With our teaching and managing experiences the study was based on the great significance and requirements of NCO education. It tried to perfect the NCO educating system in terms of the primary qualificatory training, the middle and advanced strengthened training, the higher vocational education, continuing education and special training, etc. The revolution was also based on training resource, training contents, teachers construction, teaching methods and the appraisal of craftsmanship so as to improve the educational qualification which may provide reference for the new-staged medical NCO education of PLA.
