江浙大型科学仪器设备的现状比较及优化配置

摘　　要：大型科学仪器设备是重要的科技基础条件资源,从价值区间、购置时期、产地、经费来源、仪器类型、区域集中度、运行情况和共享情况等多个角度分析比较了江浙两省大型科学仪器设备的现状差异,并从经济及资源总量、区域发展平衡、科研水平和经济开放度等几方面进行分析了原因,最后提出了目标导向、全方位共同推进和优势带动等优化配置大型科学仪器设备资源的政策建议。This paper compares the present situation of large scientific equipment in Zhejiang with that in Jiangsu in many aspects such as value interval,purchase time,producing area,sources of funds,instrument types,regional concentration,operation and sharing,and so on.There are many causes such as economic and total resources,regional development balance,scientific research level,economic openness and so on.Finally some suggestions such as goal orientation,all-round efforts and advantage driving,are put forward.
