西北商路衰败之灾荒、战乱因素考察

摘　　要：灾荒导致西北商路经济带的劳动力等生产要素变动、商贾停业,物价奇昂。商路经济活动就此处于衰败状态。本研究显示,稳定的社会环境因素对生产要素流动方向改变具有重要影响。它将可能最终决定相应生产要素组合能否得以发挥自身功能并转化为区域经济发展之内生动力。在此意义上,这表明,在区域经济发展中分析生产要素流动的外部性命题时,非应仅是关注相关要素价值之实现是否可通过市场交换完成,而更应把区域地理、环境因素内化内此类问题研究的基本前提。The trade route in modern north western China sustained the change of production factor,the business closed down,commodity price unstable for disaster-famine and war,so the economy was declined.The study shows that the society environment factor have the important influence on the flow direction change of production factor,and it will definitely decide whether the production factor can do so full play that it can be turned into the intrinsic motivation of the regional economy developing.And in this words,it shows that when we talk of the outer factor of the regional economy developing in the economy developing theory,not only the relationship between the value of production factor and the market exchange should be given full consideration,but also the regional geography and the environment factor should be seen as the essential prerequisite about the kind of question study.
