摘　　要：以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,对某柴油机活塞组的性能进行了研究,通过建立三维实体模型,结构离散化,然后进行了活塞的热-机耦合分析和瞬态动力学分析,为活塞的结构改进和疲劳分析提供理论依据和必要的边界条件。With finite element analysis software ANSYS as the foundation, for a diesel engine piston group performance to carry on the research, through the establishment of a three - dimensional solid model, the structure discretization, then piston thermal - mechanical coupling analysis and transient dynamic analysis for the pistons structural improvements and fatigue analysis provides the theoretical basis and the necessary boundary conditions.
