联合检测5项标志物在肺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白片段21-1(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和CA19-9联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取患者餐前空腹静脉血,检测血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE和CA19-9。同时检测健康体检组各项指标进行对比。结果肺癌组5项检测指标平均值均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测肿瘤指标明显提高了肺癌诊断的灵敏性和特异性。结论联合检测CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE和CA19-9对肺癌的早期诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate diagnostic significance of combined detection of five tumor markers of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA199 for lung cancer.Methods Fasting blood samples were taken from patients.Serum CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA19-9 were analyzed.Results The average values of five tumor markers of lung cancer group were significantly higher than healthy control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Combined detection of tumor markers had high sensitivity and specificity for lung cancer diagnosis.Conclusion Combined detection of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA199 can have great significance for lung cancer diagnosis.
