摘　　要：培养青年教师的科研能力,有利于高职院校的可持续发展。高职院校青年教师的科研工作需要在科研意识、目的、方向、方法、质量等方面予以改善。强化责任意识,走产学研结合的道路,加强团结协作,有助于青年教师科研工作的开展。The cultivation of young teachers＇ ability of scientific research is conducive to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.In higher vocational colleges young teachers＇ research work should be improved in the consciousness of scientific research,aim,direction,methods,quality and other aspects.Strengthening the sense of responsibility,combining production,learning and research,and improving solidarity and coordination contribute to young teachers scientific research work.
