摘　　要：目的研究GIK液的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用细胞毒性检测CCK-8法检测GIK液对人宫颈鳞癌细胞株(SiHa)的体外抑制作用。结果GIK液对SiHa的半数抑制浓度IC50为293.30μg/ml。结论不同浓度的GIK液在体外对肿瘤细胞有不同程度的生长抑制作用,且呈浓度依赖关系。Objective To study the anti-tumor effects of glucose-insulin-potassium （GIK） solution.Methods CCK-8 assay was used to detect the cell growth inhibiting activity of GIK on human cervical squamous cell carcinoma cell line （SiHa）. Results The half inhibitory concentration （IC50） of GIK to SiHa cells is 293.30μg/ml. Conclusion Different concentrations of GIK solution in vitro have different growth inhibiting effects on tumor cells, and this is does-dependent.
