全数字化乳腺摄影对妇女致密型乳腺癌诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全数字化乳腺摄影对妇女致密型乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析67例全数字化乳腺摄影且经病理证实的致密型乳腺癌的X线表现。结果 67例致密型乳腺癌,右侧34例,左侧33例,均为单侧发病。其中浸润性导管癌29例,浸润性小叶癌19例,导管内癌15例,乳头状癌3例,髓样癌1例。X线征象包括肿块或结节、钙化、局限性致密浸润阴影、结构扭曲等。结论全数字化乳腺摄影对妇女致密型乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of full-field digital mammography （FFDM） for the dense breast cancer in women. Methods FFDM features of 67 cases with the dense breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the pathological results after the operation. Results Among 67 cases, 34 cases were on the right side, 33 were on the left, which were both unilateral. There were 29 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma, 19 infiltrating lobular carcinoma,15 intraductal carcinoma, 3 papillary carcinoma and 1 medullary carcinoma. FFDM features included the mass or nodule, calcification, localized dense infiltrate shadow and structural disorder. Conclusion FFDM has a higher clinical application value for the dense breast cancer
