摘 要:目的了解妇科住院患者对宫颈癌高危因素的认知程度,探索有效的健康教育干预措施。方法选取1300例妇科住院患者,采用自设问卷进行认知程度调查。调查内容包括基本信息、既往妇科病史、性行为和婚育史、对宫颈癌高危因素知晓情况及宫颈癌筛查情况等方面。结果 1300例调查对象对宫颈癌高危因素认知程度为36.38%,其中:年龄在20~40岁的人群对宫颈癌的认知程度高于40岁以上人群,干部及工人对宫颈癌知识的认知程度高于农民及个体;文化程度越高及经济收入越高的女性对宫颈癌知识的认知程度越高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多数女性对宫颈癌高危因素的认知程度较低,文化程度、经济收入及职业是影响妇女对宫颈癌认知程度的根本原因,应根据不同人群的情况,有针对性、有计划性的开展形式多样的宫颈癌相关知识及预防措施的健康教育。Objective To investigate the cognition degree of risk factors for cervical cancer in gynecological inpatient department and explore the effective health education intervention. Methods 1300 gynecological inpatients were enrolled and a self-designed questionnaire was employed to investigate the cognition degree, including the basic information, the past medical history of gynecological diseases, the sexual behaviour, obsteriealhistory, the knowledge about risk factors for cervical cancer and cervical cancer screening. Results In 1300 gynecological inpatient, the cognition degree of risk factors for cervical cancer accounted for 36.38%, in which ages ranged from 20--40 years was higher than that over 40 years, and cognition degrees of cervical cancer in women workers and cadres were higher than the self-employed and farmers. The higher their educational level and income, the higher cognition degree they acknowledge the cervical cancer. These differences were all statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The cognition degree of risk factors for cervical cancer in most women is relatively low. The educational level, income and occupation are the root causes which influence cognition degree of cervical cancer. Medical staff should plan and carry out various forms of health education on the knowledge and preventive measures of cervical cancer according to different individual.
