摘　　要：新医改方案中明确提出要推进医师多点执业政策。文章深入分析了多点执业政策的推进过程、公众态度和可能引发的诸多问题。作者提出医院文化建设应在多点执业政策推进中发挥积极作用的观点,并认为医院文化建设是对多点执业相关法律法规、政策体制、行政管理、人际关系、伦理道德等方面未及性的渐进性完善和优化。The policy of doctors＇ multi-site practice is encouraged in the new medical reform. The course of implementing doctors＇ multi-site practice, public＇s attitude on it, and some related problems were analyzed. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward. Hospital culture construction should play a positive role in promoting the policy of doctors＇ multi-site practice, which can make a progressive improvement and optimization in aspects of relevant laws and regulations ,policy system, administra- tive management, interpersonal relationship, ethics and morality.
