摘　　要：介绍基于罗克韦尔的NetLinx 3层网络架构,研制出一套以Logix5561为控制核心,利用Flex I/O 1794进行输入输出,Powerflex40变频器和HMI实现工业上一个物料分拣、抓运、入库流程。介绍了系统的硬件、软件设计方法。整个操作过程可以通过RSView人机界面控制,本系统可广泛应用于教学实践当中。This paper studies the three - layer network architecture of Rockwell Automation＇s NetLinx. A set of control systems of auto- matic sorting, manipulator and automatic storage are developed. The system uses Logix 5561 of Rockwell as core, Flex I/O 1794 as in- put/output, and use the powerflex40 frequency inverter and HMI （ Human Machine Interface） to realize the industry processes. In this paper, the design technique about the system＇s hardware and software are introduced. The entire operation can be controlled through the HMI. This system has also been widely used in teaching practice.
