软件产业集群内企业成长的影响因素研究--以南京市为例

摘　　要：目前我国软件产业集群化发展现象非常突出,企业的成长是一个长期、复杂的过程,是企业内外部多种因素相互作用的结果。本文在前人研究的基础上,结合软件企业的特征,以南京地区的106家软件企业作为样本,对软件产业集群内企业成长的影响因素进行了实证研究,并得出结论:企业对内部资源的整合能力、对集群内资源的获取能力和集群外政策环境的影响作为三大直接影响因素影响企业成长绩效;资源选取、能力建造机制和企业外部网络的建立作为中介影响因素对企业成长绩效起部分中介作用。At present, the cluster development of the software industry is a very prominent phenomenon. The growth of enterprises is a long-term and complex process, and also the result of interactions of various factors from inside and outside of enterprises. Based on previous studies and combined with the characteristics of software enterprises, this paper selected 106 software enterprises from Nanjing area to make an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the growth of cluster enterprises of the software industry, indicating that the ability to integrate the internal business resources, the ability to obtain resources from the cluster, and the influential factors of environmental policies outside the cluster directly affect the enterprise growth perfor- mance. Resource selection and capacity building mechanism and enterprise external network establishment are intermediary variable factors to enterprise growth performance.
