摘　　要：专利文献是反映技术创新能力和实力的具有法律效力的文件。通过申请专利的总体情况、类型、IPC构成、技术发展情况、与企业联合研发等信息,可以分析广州大学城技术创新能力状况,并提出进一步提升其技术创新能力的产学研合作、集聚发展、政策激励和国际合作等策略。Patent literature is a kind of document which has legal force and can reflect the capability of technologcial inno- vation. The paper analyzes the capability of technological innovation of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center through the information about the general situation of patent application, type , IPC formation, technological development situation and researches with companies. The paper also puts tbrward strategies to further improve its capability of technological inno- vation like coopetation among industt）~, education and academy, cluster development, policy incentive and international co- operation.
