摘　　要：简要概述了广东温氏食品集团与华南农业大学的合作历程,总结了华南农业大学在广东温氏食品集团实现技术转移的几种主要模式与效应,包括技术入股、技术服务、技术转让、组建合资企业、产学研合作、联合攻关、共建研发平台等,旨在为其他高校实现技术转移提供参考。The paper briefly outlines the Guangdong Wends Group cooperation with South China Agricultural University course, It summarizes some modes and effects of the South China Agricultural University to achieve technology transfer in Guangdong Wen~ Group, including technology investment, technical services, technology transfer, joint ventures, combi- nation of produce - study - research, joint tackling, joint research and build research and development platform, aiming to provide a reference for other universities achieving technology transfer.
