摘  要:建立了固相萃取-GC/MS法测定水中四乙基铅的方法。对固相萃取条件、气相色谱条件和质谱条件进行了优化,并对实际水样进行了测定。方法检出限为0.004μg/L,水样的加标回收率为71.5%~103.2%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为4.4%~11.6%。方法准确、灵敏可靠、干扰小、适应范围广,可以满足水中痕量四乙基铅的分析要求。A method was developed for detection of tetraethyl lead in water sample by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with solid-phase extraction.Experimental conditions of solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometric were optimized,and water samples were determined.The detection limits of the method for tetraethyl lead were 0.004μg/L,recovery rates were 71.5%~103.2% with precision of 4.4%~11.6%(RSD,n=6).The method which is sensitive,accurate,little inference is suitable for the determination of trace tetraethyl lead in water.
