摘 要:为探讨绿茶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋黄中胆固醇含量的影响,试验选取120只40周龄健康东乡黑羽绿壳蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只鸡,A组为对照组,B、C、D组为试验组。A组饲喂基础饲粮,B、C、D组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.4%、0.8%和1.2%绿茶粉。预饲期7 d,正式期21 d。结果表明,各试验组的产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比和死淘率差异均不显著;各添加组的蛋壳厚度和蛋比重均较A组有一定程度的提高,其中D组鸡蛋蛋比重显著高于A组(P<0.05);各添加组的胆固醇含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),分别较A组降低25.97%、31.11%和22.64%。由此可见,饲粮中添加绿茶粉能够极显著降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量,综合生产性能等因素考虑,饲粮中绿茶粉的适宜添加量为0.8%。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of green tea powder on laying performance, egg quality and cholesterol content in yolk of laying hens.One hundred and twenty 40-week-old green shell laying hens were random- ly assigned to 4 groups with 5 replicates of 6 each.The laying hens of group A were fed with the basal diet,and those of groups B ,C and D were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.4 % ,0.8 % and 1.2 % green tea powder,respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:there was no significant difference among all adding groups in egg production rate, average egg weight, feed/egg and death and culling rate.The egg shell thickness and egg specific grav- ity increased in 3 adding groups,particularly,egg specific gravity of group D was significantly increased,compared with group A (P 〈 0.05).The contents of cholesterol of group B, C, D were significantly lower than that of group A.The results indicated that green tea powder could decrease the cholesterol content, and the optimum adding levels of green tea powder was 0.8 %.
