摘　　要：目的:设计一种利用表面肌电信号和心率变异信号对心理素质进行评估的训练系统。方法:采集生理信号并进行时域、频域的分析,将分析结果与训练程序难易程度相结合,对人的心理状态进行评估训练。结果:通过训练使人能够尽快调整心理,快速适应环境的变化,使人的心理素质得到提高。结论:心理评估训练系统的设计为心理评估提供了更加客观并且可量化的依据,并能通过训练提高人的心理素质,该训练系统将在心理素质评估训练中发挥重要的作用,具有广阔的发展前景。Objective：To design a system using surface electromyogram and heart rate variability signal to evaluate and train psychological quality.Methods：We made an acquisition of physiological signals and analysis them in time domain and frequency domain,then combined the results and training programs to assess the mental state.Results：After training,people can adjust their mental state as soon as possible in order to quickly adapt to the changes in the environment,then people＇s psychological quality is improved.Conclusion：The design of psychological assessment training system provides psychological assessment a more objective and quantifiable basis,and through the training of psychological quality,it will play an extremely important role in the training of psychological quality assessment,which has broad prospects for development.
