摘　　要：在深化实践教学改革、加强机能学实验室建设、培养高素质的创新人才过程中,要充分发挥实验技术人员在实验教学、课堂管理、设备管理中的作用。同时,要求实验技术人员加强自身素质的提高,正确履行自己的职责。The practice of teaching is to deepen reform,strengthen the construction of kinesiology laboratory,train high-quality innovative talents.It must give full play to the role of laboratory technicians in the experimental teaching,classroom management and device management.Meanwhile,laboratory technicians are required to strengthen itself to improve the quality and the right to perform their duties.
