摘　　要：生僻汉字是中华文字的重要组成部分,是对外文化传播的重要内容,在国家大力倡导华夏文化外推的形势下,课题组经过近三年的努力,已经把45000个汉字逐一进行校勘、诠释和英译,基本扫除了汉字对外传媒过程中语言符号理解的障碍。课题以计算机造字开发技术为手段,以生僻汉字为目标,以能够进行语义对等的英文释义为媒介,以辞书编撰原理为指导,通过跨学科研究,取得应用型的技术成果。Rare Chinese characters, as a vital part of the Chinese characters, are highlighted in the international cultural communication strongly initiated by our country. Given that, the research group have collated, annotated and translated 45 000 characters one by one for three years, generally eliminating the bottleneck of the language symbol understanding in international cultural communication, and the applied technology achievement has thus been obtained by the research group with rare Chinese characters as objects, through the character development technology by computers, steered with the semantic equivalence and the principle of dictionary compiling based on the interdisciplinary studies.
