摘 要:针对脉冲式接口数控系统的特点,提出一种基于DSP+FPGA硬件架构的外挂式同步控制卡,确定脉冲接口双轴同步控制的总体方案,给出双轴同步控制装置的硬软件设计及实现,并建立脉冲接口双轴驱动同步控制实验平台,进行了相关的实验研究。实验结果显示:同步控制卡能有效提高平行双轴间的同步性能。Dual-axis drive technology has been widely applied to large or heavy gantry CNC machine tools,however synchronization performance plays an important role in the precision and safety of machine tools.In this paper,an independent synchronous control card was proposed based on DSP + FPGA hardware architecture for widely used CNC system with pulsed interface,and its software and hardware were designed and developed.The dual-axis drive synchronous control experimental platform with pulsed interface was established,and experiment results show that the synchronous control card can effectively improve synchronization performance between the parallel dual-axis.
