摘　　要：《女性人才学》是一部研究女性发展与成才的论著。文章评介了该书对女性发展与成才的内涵分析;阐释了该书揭示的女性发展与成才的时间规律、自信规律的意义——提高女性发展与成才的效益;标举了该书提炼出的女性人才的实践路径,即建立合理的知识结构,树立终身学习的理念,构建有力的宏观、中观、微观支持系统等。The Study of Female Talents is a work which studies the development and self-fulfillment of women. This article reviews the connotation of women＇s development and self-fulfillment discussed in the book, and expounds,in that regard, the significance of the rules about the time and self-confidednce that are exposed in the book improving the benefits of women＇s developmtnt,clarifying the practical ways to the success of female talents and establishing the conception of life-long learning and a supporting system at different levels.
