Galectin-3和MMP-14对膀胱尿路上皮癌血管生成作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察膀胱尿路上皮癌中Galectin-3、MMP-14和CD34标记的血管密度(MVD)的表达情况,探讨其表达的临床价值,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法本实验应用免疫组织化学方法,检测80例膀胱尿路上皮癌和50例正常膀胱黏膜中Galectin-3、MMP-14和CD34的表达,观察不同临床特征表达的差别,探讨Galectin-3、MMP-14对血管生成的影响。结果 Galectin-3、MMP-14在膀胱尿路上皮癌中表达的阳性率明显高于正常膀胱黏膜组织,CD34阳性的MVD明显高于正常膀胱组织,其表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的肿瘤体积、有无浸润、分级及淋巴结转移密切相关。膀胱尿路上皮癌中Galectin-3和MMP-14、Galectin-3和MVD、MMP-14和MVD的均呈正相关。生存分析显示Galectin-3、MMP-14和MVD表达与患者的预后密切相关。结论 Galectin-3和MMP-14不仅可以促进膀胱癌的发生发展,还可以促肿瘤中的血管生成,Galectin-3、MMP-14和CD34可能具有通路作用,术后联合检测Galectin-3、MMP-14和CD34的表达可能对判断膀胱尿路上皮癌的预后有一定价值。Objective To investigate the expressions of Galectin-3 and MMP-14,study their clinical significance of angiogenesis in patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma,for directing the clinical work.Methods The experimental group included 80 cases with bladder urothelial carcinoma,the control group included 50 cases of normal bladder tissues.The expressions of Galectin-3,MMP-14 and MVD（which expressed CD34） were detected in the two groups,their clinical significance and relationship were analyzed in experimental group.Results The expressions of Galectin-3,MMP-14 and MVD which expressed 34 were higher in the experimental group than in the control group.The expressions of Galectin-3,MMP-14 and MVD were associated with tumor volume,invasion,stage and lymph node metastasis.There was positive correlation between Galectin-3,MMP-14 and MVD in the experimental group.The expressions of Galectin-3,MMP-14 and MVD were correlated with the patient＇s prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.Conclusion The higher expressions of Galectin-3 and MMP-14 may promote the occurrence,development and angiogenesis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.The proteins of Galectin-3 and MMP-14 has synergistic effect in the neoplasm.The combined examination of Galectin-3,MMP-14 and CD34 may be helpful to predict the prognosis in bladder urothelial carcinoma.
