IT能力与企业绩效影响机制综合述评——基于中介变量视角

摘　　要：近几年,越来越多的学者相信是信息技术(IT)能力而非单纯的IT应用影响着企业绩效。因此,IT能力与企业绩效的关系以及IT能力如何影响企业绩效是国内外学者研究的热点问题。IT能力的研究成果众多,但是在理论研究和实证研究方面都尚未形成统一的体系。本文对IT能力的相关研究做了整理,对IT能力的概念及IT能力通过什么因素影响企业绩效进行了文献综述,并针对目前的研究状况提出了进一步研究方向。Recently,there＇re an increasing number of scholars believe it＇s IT capability,not only the application of IT,influence the firm performance.Therefore,researching how can IT capability infects firm performance and their relationship is a hot topic both in Chinese and foreign research.Although there have been too many achievements in the research of IT capability,there＇s lack of unified system both in the theory and empirical.In this paper,it summarized and sorted the concept of IT capability,described the relationship of IT capability and firm performance and what factor effect the key function between the relationship.At last,three further research trends on IT capability were discussed.
