摘　　要：目的评价幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)症状的影响。方法检索中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普资讯网、Pubmed、Ovid、EMBASE,Web of Science和Cochrane Database等数据库搜集1991—2012年公开发表的根除Hp治疗FD相关的随机对照试验,采用RevMan 5.0软件对入选试验进行Meta分析。结果共7项随机对照试验包含1036例FD患者符合入选标准。Meta分析结果显示,Hp根除组(42.5%)患者症状缓解率明显高于对照组(27.1%,OR=0.48,95%CI 0.36～0.63,P<0.01)。结论 Hp根除治疗对FD患者症状的改善是有益的。Objective To evaluate the impact of H. pylori eradication on functional dyspepsia （FD） symptoms. Methods Chinese science and technology periodicals database, ChianInfo, Cqvip, Pubmed, Ovid, EMBASE, Web of Science and the Cochrane Database were searched for collection of randomized controlled trials （RCTs） related to Hp eradication in treatment of FD from 1991 to 2012. The selected trails were then performed Meta analysis using RevMan 5.0 software. Results Seven RCTs including 1036 FD patients satisfied the inclusion criteria. Meta analysis result showed the remission rate in Hp eradication group （42. 5 % ） was significantly higher than that in control group （27.1%, OR = 0. 48,95 % CI 0. 36 - 0. 63, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Hp eradication may be beneficial for improvement of FD symptoms.
