摘　　要：本文着重介绍了癌基因蛋白和肿瘤标志物在肿瘤组织中的表达作用，对于肿瘤的鉴别与诊断具有一定的帮助，在预测肿瘤的预后及指导肿瘤的治疗方面具有一定意义。This paper focuses on the role of oncogene expression in tumor tissue, having some help for the identification and diagnosis of the tumor, and predicts tumor prognosis and guide treatment of tumors with a certain significance.
