摘　　要：在免疫组化染色中，背景着色和非特异性着色会干扰我们对免疫组化结果的判断，影响病理诊断的结果，下面我们就探讨一下背景着色和非特异性着色的几种原因及解决办法。Immunohistochemical staining, coloring the background and non-specific coloring will interfere with our judgment on the results of immunohistochemistry, and affect the resuhs of the pathological diagnosis. Introduce and discuss several reasons and solutions for the background coloring and non-specific coloring.
