摘 要:目的:改良复杂条件下邻牙合面洞重建邻接关系的方法。方法:以制洞后临床邻牙合面病损为母本,经"硅橡胶印模-自凝树脂灌制"流程得36个带软性牙龈的树脂模型。模型平均分A、B、C 3组,由同一高年资医师实施修复,A组以Ivory成形技术,B组以palodent技术树脂修复,C组采用改形后常规Ivory成形片修复颈1/3,palodent成形片修复牙合2/3,两步成形法树脂修复。术后评估修复区邻接紧密度和外形,评分采用单因素方差分析。结果:3组间修复质量评分均有显著统计学差异。结论:体外小规模模型研究条件下,基于Ivory加palodent技术分步双成形直接树脂充填法可重建邻牙合面洞邻接关系,比单独使用环周成形系统技术更佳的邻接触紧密度,比单独应用瓣状成形系统技术更合理的邻接区形态。AIM : To improve the technique for rebuilding proximal contacts of Class II cavity restorations of posterior teeth by composite resin. METItODS:A clinical case with class II cavity in posterior tooth was used. After cavity preparation, the cavity was translated into 36 resin models by salicon impressiion-resin irrigating-copying process. The models were divided into 3 groups . Group A, B and C were restored by Ivroy technique, palodent tech- nique and a combination of Ivroy technique respectively. All cavities were restored by the same skilled operator. Inde- pendent assessment of the contact tightness and contour of each restoration was made after cavity filling. All data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and LSD post-hoc tests ( P 〈 0.05 ) . RESULTS : Significant differences were found between 3 groups regarding proximal contact tightness and contour. CONCLUSION:Dual-matrix-placement technique plus Ivory technique and palodent technique achieved the goal of rebuilding proximal contacts of posterior teeth by composite resin restoration.
