大剂量腹腔注射槐定碱和青霉素对SD大鼠致痫作用的比较

摘　　要：目的比较槐定碱和青霉素制作大鼠癫痫模型的效果。方法对SD大鼠腹腔注射大剂量槐定碱和青霉素,分别观察其行为学、电生理学和海马细胞形态学变化。结果槐定碱组和青霉素组相比较,前者可以缩短潜伏期,延长癫痫发作时间,提高发作成功率;海马区脑电图出现频发性尖波、棘波等癫痫样波形;光镜、电镜观察可见海马区神经细胞肿胀,细胞器损伤等改变。结论槐定碱具有明确的致痫作用,效果优于青霉素。Objective To compare the function of epilepsy induced by large dose abdomen Administration of Sophoridine （SOP） with Penicillin. Methods The models of epilepsy induced by large dose abdomen administration of Sophoridine and Penicilhn were established. Then observe the result of behavior, electrical physiology and morphology. Results SOP shortened obviously incuba- tion, prolonged the time of seizure, raised seizure rate of success. EEG showed sharp wave and spike wave. Neuron tumefaction and or- ganelle damnification were observed. Conclusion The effect of Sop inducing epilepsy is better than pencillin.
