儿童骨性安氏Ⅲ错早期矫治方法的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童骨性安氏Ⅲ错在替牙早期进行双期矫治的临床效果。方法:选择骨性安氏Ⅲ类错替牙早期患者50例,男22名,女28名,年龄范围6.0～8.5岁,平均年龄7.2岁。应用直丝弓矫治器,上颌加辅弓,进行扩弓、前方牵引和颌间Ⅲ类牵引,矫治前牙反,并进行正畸矫治前后头影测量,统计学分析采用配对t检验。结果:SNA角增大,平均增大1.20度,SNB角缩小,平均缩小1.15度,ANB角平均增大3.07度。结论:对儿童替牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ错早期矫治,采用直丝弓矫治器加辅弓,进行扩弓、前方牵引、颌间Ⅲ类牵引治疗,使双期矫治相连贯和结合,能够促进上颌骨生长,下颌骨抑制、后缩,前牙反纠正,面型改善。将双期矫治相连贯和结合,有利于Ⅲ类骨骼畸形的调整,矫治效果明显。Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of mixed dentition children of Osseous Angle Ⅲ. Method 50 cases of Osseous Angle Ⅲ, male 22, female 28, age range 6.0-8.5 years, average age 7.2 years. Application straight silk bows and the maxillary auxiliary bow, to enlarge the bow, traction and Ⅲ between the jaw traction, treatments against tooth front teeth close, statistics analysis using matching t test before and after treatment cephalometric. Results SNA Angle was increases, increased an average of 2.3 degrees, the SNB Angle was narrowed, average narrow 1.4 degrees, the ANB Angle was increased 3.7 degrees. Conclusions The mixed dentition children of Osseous Angle Ⅲ that were early treated were correct, using the straight silk bow to enlarge the bow, traction, Ⅲ between the jaw traction.
