摘 要:目的:探讨快速对比增强MRI在诊断良恶性软骨肿瘤中的应用价值。方法:共纳入30例软骨肿瘤的患者,采用快速对比增强MRI检查,同时以病理检查结果作为标准,计算快速对比增强MRI对于良恶性软骨肿瘤患者诊断的灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率及阳性、阴性预测值等。结果:良恶性软骨肿瘤中,早期强化与后期强化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤患者中,早期强化明显;良性肿瘤患者中,后期强化明显;快速对比增强MRI对于良恶性软骨肿瘤患者诊断的灵敏度84.2%,特异度为90.9%,阳性预测值94.1%,阴性预测值76.9%,诊断符合率86.7%。结论:快速对比增强MRI不仅在鉴别诊断良恶性软骨肿瘤中的有重要应用价值,而且对于活检针到达需要的部位有重要的指引作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of fast contrast-enhanced MRI for benign and malignant tumor. Methods Participants included 30 cases of cartilage tumors of patients, who were treated by fast MRI contrast enhancement, meanwhile the patients were done to diagnose pathological examination for comparison, calculations sensitivity, specific degrees, the diagnosis was and positive, negatie predictie alue of enhanced MRI. Results Benign and malignant tumors in cartilage,early intensive and strengthen the comparative late is statistically significant difference (P〈0.05).Malignant tumor patient early intensive obvious, benign tumor patient later strengthening, early intensive benign cartilage sarcoma,fast contrast enhancement MRI diagnosis benign and malignant tumor, the sensitivity of cartilage and 84.2%,respectively degrees for 90.9%, the positie predictie alue 94.1%, 76.9% negatie predictie alue, diagnosis was 86.7%. Conclusion Fast contrast enhancement MRI not only in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumor of cartilage is an important application value, and to the needle biopsy to need parts have the important guidance function, and clinical application.
