预防针刺伤系统干预在临床护生带教中的应用

摘　　要：针刺伤是护生在临床实习过程中发生的较常见的不良事件。护生进入临床生产实习前,医院感染、安全知识缺乏,防范针刺伤等不良事件意识淡薄。通过开展包括入院体检建立健康档案、岗前集中培训、制定专项带教计划、选择培训优秀带教老师、切实落实各项带教计划、加强行政管理干预等多项措施的预防针刺伤系统干预,实习护生在院感防控、规范护理操作、预防针刺伤等方面成效明显。院感防控工作是医院工作中的重要部分,运用预防针刺伤系统干预的方法可使护生多途径、多种方式提高认知程度,自觉培养防范和控制医院感染的意识,降低针刺伤不良事件发生率,维护患者及自身权益,提高临床生产实习效果,为以后的临床护理工作奠定良好的基础。Pricking wound is common adverse event for nursing intern during clinical practice.Before clinicaL practice,nursing interns have less awareness of the adverse events,such as nosocomial infection,lack of security knowledge and prevention of pricking wound. By means of several measures of prevention of pricking wound system intervention,for instance,setting up health physical examination rile,concentrating pre-work training,drawing and implementing special plans,selecting and training excellent teachers,strengthening administrative intervention etc,the nursing;interns have made a good progress in preventing and control of nosocomial infection, standardizing nursing manipu latio n,preventing pricking wound and so on.Prevention and control of nosocomial infection is the most important part of the hospital work,nursing interns could improve knowledge level,being aware of prevention and control of nosocomial, reduce the pricking wound occurrence rate by preventing pricking wound system intervention,to maintenance patients and their own interests,improve clinical practice effect and lay a stable foundation for future clinical nursing work.
