分组护理制度在消化内科护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分组护理工作制度在消化内科应用效果。方法:2011年1月～2012年1月,在消化内科临床护理中实行分组护理工作制度,分组分管病床,责任到人,实施表格式护理文书书写,比较分组护理前后护理效果及护理质量。结果:实施分组护理后基础护理合格率、急救药品完好率、护理文书合格率高于实施前,压疮发生率、院内感染发生率低于实施分组护理前,实施分组护理后护士往返病床平均次数、护理呼叫次数及护理文书返修率低于实施分组护理前。结论:开展分组护理工作制有利于提高护理质量和护理工作效率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of grouping nursing working system in the department of gastroenterology services. Methods From January 2011 to January 2011,grouping nursing working system were taken in clinial nursing in the department of gastroenterology, patients bed were administed according nuring groups, the responsibility were carry out to individual, implement table format of nursing document were taken, and nursing efficacy and quality were contrasted in before and after grouping nursing. Results ualified rate of basic nursing, integrated rate of first-aid medicine, Qualified rate of nursing documents was higher aiter grouping nursing than before grouping nursing,incidence rate of bed-sore and hospital onseting infection was lower after grouping nursing than before grouping nursing,average times of nurses round ward, ringing call times, repair rate of nursing document was lower after grouping nursing than before grouping nursing, Conclusion grouping nursing work system is helpful to improve the nursing quality and nursing work efficiency, and is worthy of promotion.
