摘  要:目的:研究丹参酚酸磷脂复合物自乳给药系统对大鼠肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔注射二甲基亚硝胺3周,诱导大鼠形成肝纤维化;以丹参酚酸(15mg/kg)作为对照,灌胃给予高、低剂量丹参酚酸磷脂复合物自乳化给药系统(相当于含有丹参酚酸15mg/kg和7.5mg/kg)3周后,考察肝组织病理学改变及肝纤维化分级,测定肝组织中羟脯氨酸和SOD活性以及血清转氨酶活性。结果:与模型组相比,丹参酚酸和丹参酚酸磷脂复合物自乳化给药系统高、低剂量均能逆转肝损伤和纤维化程度、降低血清转氨酶活性、降低肝中羟脯氨酸含量、提高SOD活性的作用;丹参酚酸磷脂复合物自乳化给药系统作用呈剂量依赖性,且作用显著优于同等剂量的丹参酚酸。结论:丹参酚酸磷脂复合物自乳化给药系统可增强丹参酚酸抗肝纤维作用。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Salvianolic acids phospholipids complex self-emulsifying drug delivery system(SPC-SEDDS) on hepatic fibrosis in rat.Methods:The liver fibrisis was induced with intraperitoneal injection of DMN in rat for 3 weeks and treated with SPC-SEDDS and salvianolic acids(SAs).Results and conclusion:The results showed that SAs and SPC-SEDDS could improve the injury and hepatic fibrotic pathology,and decrease serum ALT and AST activity and hepatic MDA and hydroxyproline(Hyp) contents,and increase hepatic SOD activity.Meanwhile,the effect of SPC-SEDDS was dose-dependent,which were significantly better than SAs.It was indicated that SPC-SEDDS could enhance the role of anti-hepatic fibrosis and has excellent development and application value.
