十五味赛尔斗丸抗内毒素作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究十五味赛尔斗丸水提取物体外、体内抗内毒素作用。方法:鲎试剂试管凝集反应法测定其体外抗内毒素作用;用内毒素攻击小鼠,观察24、48、60h小鼠死亡数,研究其对小鼠内毒素攻击的保护作用。结果:十五味赛尔斗丸水提取物在浓度为0.04 mg%仍有抗鲎试剂试管凝集反应现象,0.68g/kg动物死亡数量明显减少。结论:十五味赛尔斗丸有明显的体内体外抗内毒素作用。Shiwuweisai＇erdouwan（SEDW） is a sort of drug from Tibet.Objective：To study the antiendotoxin effect of SEDW＇s aqueous extract both in vivo and in vitro.Methods：tube Agglutination through Limulus amebocyte lysate（LAL） was used to determine SEDW＇s antiendotoxin effect in vitro.For research in vivo,all mice in experimental group（EG） was treated by endotoxin,and their mortality was also recorded in 24、48、60h after experimental treatment.Results：For experiment in vitro,SEDW＇s aqueous extract in concentration of 0.04mg% has a significant effect on resisting the tube Agglutination through LAL（P0.05）.For experiment in vivo,the mortality was effectively reduced in large dose group.Compared with the CG,（P0.05）.Conclusion：SEDW has an obvious effect on antiendotoxin both in vivo and in vitro.
