摘　　要：哮喘动物模型是研究平喘药药效的重要工具,但是复制符合哮喘临床特征和病理特点的大鼠哮喘模型受诸多因素的影响,其中动物种属、性别、年龄、造模剂、造模时辰和诊断指标等是关键因素。本文对近十年来动物哮喘模型研究的相关文献报道进行统计和分析,以期为开展相关实验的研究者提供参考。Asthma animal model is an important tool for research antiasthmatic drug efficacy,but copying accord with asthma clinical features and pathological cha-racteristics of asthma rat model affected by many factors,among them key factors including animal species,gender,age,modeling agent,modeling hour and diagnostic index and so on.This article was reported over the past decade animal model of asth-ma research statistics and analysis,in order to provide a reference for conducting experiments researchers.
