摘 要:目的结直肠癌为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,严重威胁着人类的健康。由于个体差异的存在,对不同个体采用相同的治疗方案不仅造成医疗资源的浪费,而且可能给患者带来伤害。近年来,疗效和个体差异的关系越来越受到医学工作者的重视,个体化治疗成为临床治疗及基础研究必然趋势。分子生物学及其技术在疾病的诊断及个体化治疗方面的重要性日益显现。microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类非编码小分子RNA,其表达谱的变化与结直肠癌的发生、发展具有明确的相关性。因此,特定miRNA表达谱可能构成识别结直肠癌与其他疾病的"指纹",用于诊断、预后判断、疗效预测等领域,指导结直肠癌诊断及个体化治疗。Colorectal cancer is one of the most frequent malignant disease, it is still a very severe disease for people. Due to individual differences, the same treatment plan for different people would waste medical resources and even harm patients. The efficacy of the oneological treatment depends mainly on the features of the malignant tissue. During the last decade, the importance of the molecular biology and it' s methodology have been growing for both detection of the disease and the selection of the best treatment plan for individual patient. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding segments of RNA which are involved in colorectal cancer development. Thus, "fingerprint" consisted of miRNA expression patterns may contribute individual therapy by refine diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic effect prediction.
