护理管理对神经内科患者医院内感染的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解护理管理对神经内科患者医院内感染的影响。方法:调查整理神经内科2008年1月至2011年12月期间住院患者病历,对其发生医院感染的情况进行调查分析。结果:经护理管理的神经内科患者发生医院内感染的几率明显低于未进行管理,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。感染部位分布情况比较,未经管理的患者呼吸道感染率显著高于护理管理患者(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理管理可有效降低神经内科患者医院内感染的发生。Objective： To understand the intervention of nursing management on nosocomial infection of neurological patients.Method： All the patients admitted from January,2008 to December,2011 were investigated and their conditions of nosocomial infection were analyzed.Result： The incidence of nosocomial infection in neurological patients after nursing management was significantly lower than those without nursing management,comparison of both groups showed significant difference（P0.05）.Comparison on the distributions of infectious areas demonstrated that infection rate of respiratory passages in patients was higher than that in patients after nursing management（P0.05）.Conclusion： Implementation of nursing management can effectively decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection in neurological patients.
