摘 要:研究了CA4GC气门口喷射(PFI)汽油机缸盖和机体的热负荷,并在此基础上对以CA4GC为基础开发的某缸内直喷(GDI)涡轮增压汽油机热负荷进行了仿真计算。结果表明,与原PFI汽油机相比,该GDI涡轮增压汽油机热负荷明显增大,且有些部位最高温度超过许用限值。通过仿真优化,确定了在两缸之间采用双水孔冷却方案。结果表明,该方案可以较好地降低该GDI涡轮增压汽油机缸套间的温度,从而解决其热负荷问题。This paper presents the thermal load research of cylinder head and block for CA4GC-PFI gasoline engine by means of experiment and simulation.Based on the above research,simulation and calculation is made on the thermal load of a GDI turbocharged gasoline engine derived from CA4GC-PFI.The simulation results show that compared with the original PFI gasoline engine,the thermal load of the GDI turbocharged gasoline engine increases apparently and the highest temperature on some locations exceed the allowable limit.Through simulation optimization,it is decided that the layout of double water holes between two cylinders shall be adopted for the solution can effectively decrease the temperature between the liners of the GDI engine and solve the thermal load problem.
