摘  要:以上海市金山区水产养殖基地的水样为试验材料,测定2011年一个养殖周期内7、8、9月不同养殖环境中水样的理化指标,并利用变性梯度凝胶电泳(denaturing gradient gel electrophresis,DGGE)的方法对养殖水体的微生物多样性进行分析。结果表明,不同月份中各个水样的微生物种类相似度在39%以上;不同养殖模式下养殖水体中微生物种类丰富,7、8月中各个取样点的DGGE条带在20条左右,其中以排水沟为最多;而9月为15条左右,以土池为最多。试验结果说明,养殖前中期水体微生物系统较稳定,后期微生物种类表现出大的差异性,各个池塘微生物种类减少但数量显著,需要在后期加大防病控病机制。另外,大棚养殖模式较开放的土池养殖更有优势,其中微气泡增氧机和绿色水生植物的引入,为建立更稳定健康的养殖模式提供参考。The water samples were collected from different fish ponds in an aquatic product factory which was located in Jinshan District of Shanghai in 2011.The physical and chemical characters of the samples has been detected,and their microbial diversity were compared and analyzed by DGGE technique.The results showed that the similarity of all samples in different months was above 39%.The microbial variety in each culture model was abundant,it was about 20 DNA bands in July and August with the peak value in open ditch.And it was about 15 DNA bands in September with the peak value in soiled pond.The stability of microflora in early period of culture was better than the late period.The fish disease should be prevented during the late period of culture.The research results can give some references in green and stable culture model.
