摘  要:随着我国电网的快速发展和供电可靠性要求的不断提高,与之相适应的带电作业技术的研究及标准制定工作有了新的发展和突破。针对超/特高压输电线路电压高、尺寸大等特点,在过电压水平分析、真型塔典型工况试验的基础上通过危险率计算确定了带电作业安全间距值,分析了带电作业电场分布的特点和直流线路电晕区对导体表面场强的抑制作用,确定了各电压等级专用屏蔽服的要求和其他防护措施。论述了配电带电作业尤其是不停电作业的相关情况,介绍了不停电作业的基本原理和主要设备及其要求,讨论了旁路电流分流、旁路变压器参数匹配、旁路设备投切时的暂态过电压等不停电作业关键问题。介绍了IEC带电作业标准化工作情况和我国带电作业标准的制定情况及新要求。根据目前情况,结合我国实际,提出了今后应进一步深入研究的问题。According to the rapid development of power grid and the increasing requirements for power supply reliability in China,significant development has been made to the live working technology and standards formulation.In this paper,considering the higher voltage,the relatively large size and other characteristics of the EHV and UHV transmission lines,the minimum approach distances(MAD)for live working were obtained by risk rate calculation,which is based on the analysis of over-voltage level of live working and the experiment of typical working positions.The distribution characteristics of the electric field and the inhibition of electric field by the DC line corona were also discussed.Then the requirements of the screen clothes and other protective measures were proposed.After discussing the live working on distribution lines and especially under operating situation,the basic principles and main equipments and their requirements for bypass work were described.Then some key issues in live working on distribution lines especially under bypass work,e.g.bypass flow,parameter matching of bypass transformers,and putting in and cutting out bypass apparatus,were discussed.Furthermore,the working process of standards formulation for live working of both IEC and China was presented.Finally,a series of problems on live working need to be studied were presented based on summarizing the characteristics and experience of live working in China.
