小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术治疗小瞳孔白内障疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术治疗小瞳孔白内障的临床疗效。方法对50例(50眼)小瞳孔白内障患者,行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术,并分析其临床疗效。结果术后瞳孔均保持圆形或椭圆形。术后视力均有不同程度的提高,最佳矫正视力<0.05者4例,0.05～0.1者8例,0.12～0.25者20例,0.3～0.5者14例,0.8～1.0者4例。未出现严重并发症。结论小瞳孔白内障手术复杂,术中处理好小瞳孔和掌握手术技巧,小瞳孔小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术同样可取得良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the operative methods of small incision non-phacoemuIsification cataract extraction and intraoeular lens implantation through small pupil. Methods Fifty patients （50 eyes） with small pupil cataract received small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation through small pupil. Results After operation pupil remained round or oval. The postoperative visual acuity improved to varying degrees including best corrected visual acuity 〈0. 05 in 4 cases, 0.05 to 0. 1 in 8 cases, 0. 12 to 0. 25 in 20 cases, 0.3 to 0.5 in 14 cases, 0. 8 to 1.0 in 4 cases. No serious complications was found. Conclusion Small pupil cataract surgery is complex, but as long as reasonably dealing with small pupil and mastering the surgical techniques, the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery through small pupil also can achieve good clinical results.
