摘　　要：辨证施治是中医学的临床特色,脉象是诊病辨证的重要指征,也是治疗用药的主要依据。《内经》论脉从"三部九侯"到独取寸口,脉象描述形象易辨,脉理诊法细致全面。在《内经》的基础上,补充了众多病证的脉象,进一步揭示以脉象诊病的真谛。Pulse manifestation is a specific issue for processing syndrome differentiation,for it is one of the characteristics of Chinese medicine,and provides evidence for targeted Chinese medicine therapy.Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor states three portions and nine pulse-takings and Cunkou pulse methods in general and detail.This article supplements many pulse manifestations to deeply investigate the pulse diagnosis methodology according to Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor.
