摘　　要：清代著名医学家喻嘉言本名朱昌,是明代皇族后裔。早年科举不第和明亡后遁入空门的经历对其后来的医学研究及医学思想有很大影响,"不为良相,即为良医",早年的政治抱负后来发展成医学辩证思想。考察这些生活经历,对于研究喻嘉言的医学思想乃至祖国中医发展史有重大意义。YU Jia-yan,another name ZHU Chang,was a famous physician in Qing dynasty,and was the Ming dynasty royal descendants.The early failures in imperial examination and converted to buddhism after collapse of Ming dynasty experience had great influence on his later medical research and medical thought,being either a good chancellor or a good doctor,the early political ambitions developed into medical dialectical thought later.Investigating the life experience of YU Jia-yan has the great significance to study YU Jia-yan＇s medical thought and the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
